Return Policy

At TastEzy, we strive to ensure that every jar of pickle and food item reaches you in perfect condition. Because we deal in perishable food products, our return policy is governed by strict hygiene and safety standards.

1. Non-Returnable Category

In accordance with food safety regulations, all food items (including pickles, powders, and sweets) sold on TastEzy are non-returnable. Once a food item has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a "change of mind" or "personal preference" to maintain the safety of our supply chain.

2. Conditions for Replacement or Refund

While we do not accept physical returns, we will happily provide a Replacement or Full Refund if you encounter the following issues:

1. Damaged on Arrival: If the container is broken, leaking, or the safety seal is compromised at the time of delivery.
2. Wrong Item: If the product delivered is different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect flavor or size).
3. Quality/Expiry Issue: If the product is past its "Best Before" date or shows visible signs of spoilage upon opening.

3. Reporting a Claim

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must follow these steps:

1. Time Limit: Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
2. Evidence: You must provide clear photos or a small video of the damaged/incorrect product along with the shipping label on the box.
3. Contact: Send the details to official@tastezy.in or use the "Support" button in the App.

4. Resolution Process

1. Verification: Our team will review the photos and coordinate with the Vendor within 48 hours.
2. Resolution: Once verified, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Refund Timeline

1. Approved refunds are processed within 24-48 hours.
2. The amount will reflect in your bank account/UPI within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
