At TastEzy, we strive to deliver your favorite pickles and traditional food items in the fastest and safest way possible. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure nationwide coverage.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to over 25,000+ PIN codes across India. Whether you are in a major metro or a remote town, we aim to bring the taste of home to your doorstep.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  1. Fresh Preparation: Since many of our products are prepared fresh by local vendors, please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing and packaging.
  2. Dispatch: Orders are handed over to our courier partners once the vendor marks them as "Ready to Ship." You will receive an SMS/Email notification the moment your package is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on the distance between the Vendor and your Address:

  1. Within Hyderabad: 1–2 Business Days.
  2. Major Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 Business Days.
  3. Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days.
  4. Remote Locations/North East: 7–10 Business Days.

4. Shipping Charges

  1. Weight-Based: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the products in your cart.
  2. Distance: Rates may vary depending on the delivery zone.
  3. Transparency: You will see the final shipping cost on the checkout screen before you complete your payment.

5. Order Tracking

Every order is assigned a unique Tracking ID. You can track your package in three ways:

  1. In-App: Go to "My Orders" and click on the "Track" button.
  2. Email/SMS: Click the tracking link sent to your registered contact details.
  3. Website: Use the tracking feature on our homepage.

6. Delivery Terms

  1. Attempts: Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.
  2. Failure to Deliver: If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply for the second attempt.
  3. Inspection: We recommend checking the package for any signs of tampering before accepting it from the delivery agent.
