Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your TastEzy account and all associated data, you do not need to have the app installed. Please follow the instructions below:

How to Request Deletion

Please send an email to our data privacy team to initiate the process:

1. Email: official@tastezy.in
2. Required Info: Please include your Registered Mobile Number and Full Name.

What Happens Next?

1. Verification: We will verify your identity via your registered mobile number/email.
2. Processing: Once verified, your profile, addresses, and order history will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7-10 business days.
3. Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation once the data has been erased.

Note: As per Indian regulations, some transaction records may be retained for tax and audit purposes for the legally mandated period.
